My wife and I are new to the Maurice and greater Lafayette, LA area. We were in the market to trade in my old F150 for a new truck or car. I sent in an automated request for information and Ryan reached out the next day full of energy and information. We drove into Medoza on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted not only by Ryan but by Bailey as well as of we were cousins that haven't seen each other in a while. Everyone knows the car buying/trading process can be forever taking and stressful; but these two made it an experience that I want to enjoy again. That's why we're now in the market to trade in my wife's vehicle in and are ONLY going to Mendoza because of these two. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever experienced. I had some challenges with financing and a bit of negative equity, but Cody in sales and Seth in finance were absolutely outstanding to work with. They were patient, transparent, and genuinely worked hard to find a solution that made sense for my situation.The whole experience at Ford Mendoza felt honest and stress-free, which isn’t always easy when dealing with financing hurdles. Getting my tires replaced at Mendoza Ford was an excellent experience! They picked my car up from my home, replaced the tires, changed the oil, made some minor repairs, then brought it back to me. The price was fantastic. I 100% recommend using Mendoza Ford when you need new tires.
