Very professional staff, but also very personable, which made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience. The Finance Manager, the salesman and the sales trainee were all wonderful to work with. Additionally, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a favorable experience and satisfaction.

We had the best experience from the start dealing with Baylie at Mendoza Ford. She was quick to respond, shot us straight, and made the whole process a total breeze. Seth in finance was great too - they both answered all our questions & gave us an amazing deal.It was such a smooth process - literally brought my old vehicle & left with the new one. We were out the door within 45 mins. They had it all ready for us when we arrived. Could not have asked for an easier experience. I would recommend Baylie to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
